iCanScan is an online SaaS platform that allows users to scan, process, and manage documents. Some features include integrations with Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive. These integrations are dependent on the respective third-party providers (Google and Microsoft), and we cannot guarantee their availability, reliability, or continued functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
Premium subscriptions may be offered through payment gateways such as Stripe. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable. Users are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods. Failed, fraudulent, or chargeback attempts may result in account suspension.
Premium access may be unlocked through our Reward Program. The rules of this program may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
We take reasonable steps to secure your data. However, the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCanScan and its developer shall not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive) arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or revenue.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, introducing harmful code, reverse engineering, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
